For domestic delivery within Indonesia, we ship with JNE and J&T. For international orders, we use selected international carriers and postal services depending on destination. The courier used for your order is determined at checkout based on destination and service availability.

Estimated delivery times below are a guide and exclude weekends, public holidays, and customs or courier delays.

Orders placed before [cutoff time] WIB are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends and Indonesian public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the weight or volume of your order. The exact amount is shown before you complete payment.

When your order is dispatched, a tracking number (resi) is sent to you by email or WhatsApp. You can follow your shipment anytime on our tracking page.

Fragrances are alcohol-based and are classified as UN1266 Class 3 dangerous goods (flammable liquids) under international transport regulations. This restricts which countries and which air services can carry our products.

Import duties, customs charges, and any taxes applied by your destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a courier is unable to complete delivery (for example, because no one is available to receive the package), a delivery attempt notice will be left and a re-delivery will be scheduled according to the courier's standard procedure.

After a set number of failed attempts, the package may be returned to us or held at the nearest courier depot for collection. Additional fees may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts.
